Before I began training with Charlie, I was looking to break through my current workout “plateau” and needed some inspiration and knowledge to reach my fitness goals. I’d worked out for years, and as a woman, was a cardio rat who loved classes to keep me engaged. My goals included trying to lose that last ten pounds and firm things up. During my first session, Charlie immediately showed me the difference of mindful cardio through HIIT workout plans (high intensity interval training). Charlie creatively challenged my body with new workouts and stretches as part of each training session. He listened to concerns and worked around some limitations that popped up due to injury and even pregnancy. I was able to ask questions and receive informative answers. My fitness goals were finally reached and maintained through sessions designed by Charlie. I was able to follow his workout plan each week and felt great about my progress. Charlie understands actual kinesics of the human body and is a trainer that doesn’t stare in the gym mirrors to look at himself-he is highly focused and devoted to his client’s form and fatigue. I would highly recommend him and his expertise in personal training and nutrition to anyone looking to make some changes for the better.
