Meet Audra:

Audra worked in corporate America for 10 years before beginning her career in fitness, and since then, she’s never looked back. She is a certified yoga instructor specializing in senior, prenatal, and kids’ yoga, as well as a expert personal trainer certified in Barre, Mat Pilates, and Pilates Reformer – but Audra doesn’t spend ALL her time at the gym (and her competitive streak isn’t confined to the gym, either). As a natural-born competitor, Audra loves playing golf against her husband – (usually) just for bragging rights – or doing gymnastics with her 8-year old. She jumps at the opportunity to travel, and even though she spent an entire summer working in Alaska, Audra much prefers traveling to places with cerulean seas and palm trees. And if she gets an idea for a home renovation project, no need to call the pros – Audra’s a D.I.Y. home improvement enthusiast, and you’ll find her taking to YouTube to find out how to tackle the project herself.

Meet Charlie:

Charlie’s fitness career started in 2012 while earning his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. Early on, he worked extensively in the areas of personal fitness, strength and conditioning, sports therapy, injury-risk reduction, and more. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Charlie is dedicated to sharing his passion with fellow fitness enthusiasts of any age – while his main focus remains on personal and group training, you can often find Charlie working on aerobics and playing movement-based games with children at local preschools in Andover. He also relished the opportunity to work with seniors, helping them develop functional strength and improve their balance. Charlie isn’t ALWAYS at the gym, though – when he isn’t working, he’s spending as much time as he can outside with his hyperactive, energetic puppy.

Meet Charlie:

Michelle is a seasoned fitness expert with a remarkable career spanning over three decades. Her journey in fitness began in 1994 when she emerged as a natural bodybuilder, achieving recognition in the NPC conference and at the national level. It was during these formative years that Michelle honed her unique fitness philosophy, centered on a bespoke, individualized approach for each client, meeting them exactly where they are.

Transitioning from competition to coaching, Michelle embarked on a path of helping others reach their fitness goals. She started by training individuals for bodybuilding and fitness competitions but soon broadened her horizons. In 1997, Michelle opened her personal training business, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey dedicated to empowering individuals through fitness. Alongside her career, she successfully balanced the responsibilities of raising two children while making notable contributions to the fitness industry. Michelle ventured into freelance writing on fitness topics, shared her expertise through fitness segments on Channel 4 news, and even contributed to nutrition seminars. Her commitment to her clients extended to preparing wholesome meals to support their fitness journeys.

After many fulfilling years in the fitness industry, Michelle decided to semi-retire in 2022. However, her passion for helping others remained undiminished. She continues to work with a select group of clients, offering personalized training in their homes or personal gyms. This renewed dedication reflects her unwavering commitment to making a lasting impact in people’s lives. Today, Michelle DuBois is excited to join the A3 Fitness team, bringing her wealth of experience and dedication to the forefront. She is ready to inspire, guide, and support you on your own unique path to health and wellness.
