Personal Training

(1:1)

Just as no two people are alike, no two fitness solutions are alike – an exercise regimen that may yield amazing results for one person may not do anything for another. With 1:1 personal training, however, you’ll be your trainers’ #1 priority, and you’ll never have to worry  about doing an exercise program designed for someone else.

Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or increase mobility, you and your trainer will work together to develop an exercise plan specifically for you that utilizes the right combination of cardio exercises and weight training to help you get where you want to be.

You’ll identify your own personal fitness goals depending on what you want to get out of your partnership with your personal trainer, and most importantly, you’ll put that plan into action… and you’ll be achieving your goals before you know it.

Semi-Private Training
(Up to 3:1)

Would you like the benefits of 1:1 personal training at a fraction of the cost? Then, semi-private training is for you.

You’ll be in a group with no more than two other clients all assigned to the same trainer – this means that your trainer is still able to work closely with each individual client to develop and implement an exercise plan designed specifically for them, and to work closely with each throughout their fitness journey to ensure that they meet their goals.

But, the best part? You’ll be cheered on by two other fitness enthusiasts who are as invested in your success as you are.

Pilates Reformer

Pilates – a series of low-impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles in the torso – is one of the most popular workouts in the world today, and one way to get even more out of your routine is to incorporate a Pilates Reformer.

A Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine that adds a level of resistance to everyday Pilates exercises for a challenging and intense workout.

Led by our certified trainers, our Reformer Pilates classes are perfect for Pilates practitioners of any level – your instructor will help you master the machine and lead you in a wide range of exercises, resulting in increased endurance, improved core strength, heightened flexibility, superior posture, and better breathing.
